vancouver - on the set of “dr. who” a made for television movie by fox. i shot this room with black and white film. the room was dark and had parts of the set painted with ultraviolet paint and was hit with ultraviolet lights. the effect was this great glow. the machine you see in the foreground is a portable motion-control rig called the ‘rocket’.
