like many things in chinatown, it’s all about eating and drinking. on the weeknds, pagoda street becomes a pedestrian courtyard and is filled with people walking, eating, drinking and shopping. it feels more spanish or french than chinatown. it’s a late weeknight so it’s pretty empty.
