it might be just me or the fact that i’m on the other side of the world getting my news from 7 different countries in asia. but does it seem like mayor giuliani is more in charge than president bush? i’m seeing da mayor’s face everywhere. and i’ve heard some criticism that bush took almost a half a day to deliver any kind of significant statement to the country.
