sf moma day

first free tuesday of the month is free at the sf moma. since i’ve been in asia, i’ve been anticipating the time when could check out the ansel adams at 100 exhibition. the most interesting part of if it was seeing his photo albums during his sierra outings. he printed most everything he shot and thus you can see his experimentation of framing and exposure to get to his final shot. it was educational and relieving to see that even someone with his technical skills had to experiment often.

you have one more free tuesday before this exhibition goes away.
