incredible detail and time went into this map of springfield. but how can i check the accuracy? do i have to scan through all the shows to verify this stuff? regardless, it’s a great ‘thomas brothers’ take on the town we’ve grown to love. those with speedy connections can see the big map (1753×1173)

That map is scary. If you’ve been watching the Simpsons since the beginning, it’s quite accurate. And I thought I was a Simpsons geek.

as we say on the index page of the ‘gudie to springfield usa’, the placement of most locations is arbitrary, but many of the locations are placed in relationship to each other as they appear in specific episodes of ‘the simpsons’. btw, the map was recently updated and now has more than 550 entries and alot more graphic detail.
