Filmworks/FX gives grants

Filmworks/FX, a Los Angeles-based post-production facility, has announced an awards program offering $125,000 in post-production grants to aspiring filmmakers in 2007.

National Geographic Channel’s Predators at War won the Emmy for OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT IN A CRAFT: GRAPHIC AND ARTISTIC DESIGN.

Emmy nom

I’ve been nominated for an Emmy award in the category of “Outstanding Individual Achievment In A Craft: Graphic and Artistic Design”. (say that three times fast) for my work as Visual Effects Supervisor/Post-Production Supervisor on the Documentary Mini-Series “Strange Days on Planet Earth” for National Geographic.
Ceremonies are in September, fingers are crossed, stay tuned.
